Back of House Sink Maintenance Tips
Properly working sinks are critical to keeping operations up-to-code and to meeting cleanliness standards. With the variety of sinks to keep up and running, including hand sinks, compartment sinks, powered sinks and more, sometimes maintenance is required.
A March 1, 2023 article in Foodservice Equipment Reports (FER) entitled “Let These Sink Maintenance Tips Sink In” provides advice on how operators can protect and maintain their back-of-house sinks to prevent major issues.
