Smart Care Acquires Finley’s Facilities Services

St. Paul, Minn. – (BUSINESSWIRE) – December 15, 2022 — Smart Care, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Finley’s Facilities Services, LLC (“Finley’s” or the “Company”), a commercial kitchen equipment repair company. The addition of Finley’s bolsters Smart Care’s existing capabilities in Ohio and represents Smart Care’s third acquisition in the state and seventh overall since partnering with Wind Point in 2021.

Based in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, Finley’s is a family-owned commercial kitchen equipment repair company, offering emergency repair, preventative maintenance and installation services for cooking, refrigeration and HVAC equipment. The Company’s clients include restaurants, grocers, convenience stores and other retail foodservice providers. Finley’s was founded in 2016 and quickly earned a reputation as a premier service provider for the repair of commercial kitchen equipment throughout Ohio.
