Chicago, Ill. – December 6, 2023 — Smart Care, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of A Advantage Air, Inc., (“A Advantage” or the “Company”), a commercial kitchen equipment and HVAC repair and installation company. The addition of A Advantage bolsters Smart Care’s existing capabilities in Alabama and represents Smart Care’s eleventh overall since partnering with Wind Point.

Based in Birmingham, Alabama, A Advantage is a family-owned provider of emergency repair, installation, and preventative maintenance services for refrigeration, HVAC and cooking equipment. Founded in 1996, the Company has earned a reputation as a leading service provider for restaurants, convenience stores, and institutions throughout Alabama.
