Get Fresh Produce Distribution
Zone Mechanical completed a full mechanical and refrigeration installation for a new 135,000-square-foot facility, including 80,000 square feet of refrigerated space. The project included freezers, coolers, refrigerated production rooms, and cold docks, featuring three refrigeration racks, 48 evaporator coils, six condensers, and a 5,084-square-foot underfloor heating system. Zone Mechanical also installed the HVAC system, comprising 12 rooftop units, five air handlers, three gas unit heaters, and 23 exhaust fans, delivering efficient temperature control and reliable operations throughout the facility.
