Recently, I completed our standard quarterly review to walk through financials with our CFO. During the review, I was asked to explain the recent increase in repair and maintenance costs. I explained that Smart Care’s preventative maintenance program had just started, and it identified needed repairs that could otherwise have been avoided had we started this service sooner. Our CFO could easily see that with the Smart Care’s preventive maintenance program investment we are making now that it will reduce repair and capital expenses in the future.
