NEW YORK, NY – May 2, 2019 – The organizers of Field Service Palm Springs (April 23rd – April 26th, 2019), one of the longest running conferences dedicated to the service and support operations community, today announced the winners of the 3rd annual Field Service Best-In-Class Awards. The awards recognize outstanding efforts in service optimization, and were announced at the Field Service Palm Springs conference during a special awards gala on April 24th, 2019 in Palm Springs, CA.

Nominations were fielded from across a wide variety of industries including IT, telecom, healthcare and automotive. After a rigorous review process, the finalists were selected by members of the Field Service Advisory Board, and were given the opportunity to present their programs for consideration at the event’s deep dive workshop sessions.

Finalists: CNH Industrial, Case Construction Equipment, SquareTrade (An Allstate Company)
