Smart Care Acquires Rite-Air Mechanical Services

Smart Care has acquired Rite-Air Mechanical Services, representing the company’s ninth acquisition of 2021 and fourteenth to-date. Rite-Air is headquartered in Bellmawr, NJ, and has been in operation for over 12 years. Rite-Air was founded by Jeff and Brian Pomarici in September 2008, when they combined their two independent HVAC/R businesses. Rite-Air’s service offerings include commercial HVAC/R installation, repair and maintenance.

Rite-Air Mechanical Services is committed to providing their customers with the best service for all their HVAC/R needs. Rite-Air’s customers include chain retail stores, convenience stores, facility management companies and quick serve and full serve restaurants in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and Maryland. The acquisition of Rite-Air Mechanical Services is Smart Care’s first acquisition to focus solely on the HVAC/R space, giving them the opportunity to offer their customers on the east coast HVAC services while positioning them for continued growth in the HVAC/R space.
