This exciting new company is the re-branded result of the recent acquisition by Audax Private Equity of the Ecolab® Equipment Care business (read acquisition press release here).

The new SMART CARE brand describes how we have always approached our business and builds on our foundation of world class equipment service and national coverage, while introducing our future focus on capturing critical service and equipment data to drive meaningful insights and solutions for you.

At the heart of SMART CARE is our team of over 500 highly trained, passionate technicians that put you, our customers, first by improving equipment up-time, total operating costs, food safety and food quality. It’s this team that guides us toward our vision of “Ensuring Every Commercial Kitchen in America is Ready to Serve”.
