Smart Care Acquires ASI Precision Solutions
Enables continued growth in Ohio market
Smart Care has acquired ASI Precision Solutions (ASI), representing the company’s eighth acquisition of 2021 and thirteenth to-date. ASI, headquartered in Columbus, OH, was founded in 2011 by Christina Fowler and her husband Aaron Irvin. ASI’s service offerings include hot and cold-side commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance, and HVAC services.
ASI is committed to providing exceptional service to their customers. Today, ASI provides service to full and quick service restaurants, convenience stores and institutional customers in the greater Columbus, OH area. This acquisition complements Smart Care’s AMP service offerings in Ohio, providing density in the Columbus market that will improve customer response times and scale, positioning them for continued growth in the Ohio market.
