Kirk Sabiston

As Vice President of Corporate Development, Kirk Sabiston leads Smart Care’s acquisition strategy and deal sourcing and execution. Kirk joined Smart Care in 2020 after spending 10 years in Corporate Development at General Mills, a leading global branded food company, where he led acquisitions and divestitures to reshape the portfolio and accelerate growth. Prior to General Mills, Kirk worked in investment banking at Barclays and Lehman Brothers, advising consumer, retail and technology clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Kirk grew up in Washington State and earned a bachelor’s degree from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington in Seattle. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, two children and Great Dane, Maverick.
