From pizzas to sandwiches and more, conveyor ovens offer a quick and easy way to cook quality food fast. To protection operation, it’s important to regularly clean your conveyor oven.
Clean and maintain your unit according to OEM specification which may differ from the steps or frequency outlined below.
Disconnect power supply before cleaning the oven. The oven must be cool. DO NOT use power-cleaning equipment, steel wool, or wire brushes on stainless steel surfaces. Do not use caustic or alkaline-based cleaner on the interior of the oven.
All personnel involved in cleaning kitchen equipment are required to wear the following safety equipment: chemical splash goggles, impervious gloves.
Keep the air vents on control covers and cooling fan grilles clean to help reduce the risk of electronic parts failing prematurely due to high ambient temperatures.
